Deadly Betrayal; The True Story of Jennifer Pan Daughter from Hell
Jennifer Pan was a young Canadian woman was a straight A student at a highly regarded Catholic school just North of Toronto, she won scholarships and had an early acceptance to college. She was known to be her parents “golden child” and true to her fathers wishes she graduated from the University of Toronto’s pharmacology program and went on to work at a blood testing lab at SickKids hospital. Or at least this is what life appeared to be like.
In reality, Jennifer’s parents set extremely high goals for their children and expected them all to be met. What her parents did not know was that Jennifer although she received average grades in school and multiple times forged report cards to show her parents that she received straight A’s. When she failed calculus her Sr year of high school, Ryerson University rescinded her early admission and instead of stepping up and dealing with the consequences she pulled a John List. When she was supposed to be going to the University she would instead sit in cafes, she told her parents she won scholarships that paid for school and got jobs to pay for second hand text books, while watching videos in order to take convincing notes to show her parents.
It doesn’t take much of an imagination to see how this situation can go horridly bad, the extreme tiger parenting just creating more lies and deception and in the end it was Jennifer’s parents who paid the price. School wasnt the only thing they were overly controlling about, they also were involved in her love life or what they wanted to be a lack there of…and there is nothing worse then a Romeo and Juliet situation.
Nov, 8 2010 Jennifer Pan hired some low grade hitmen to kill her parents, and Jennifer was sentenced to life with no chance of parole.
A good old fashion Catholic investigation
April 1960 an American Schoolteacher and beauty queen, Irene Garza, goes missing. Her last known whereabouts was her church in McAllen, Texas, she had gone to confession that evening and was never seen again. The largest volunteer search to date in the Rio Grande Valley turns up her body in a canal. She had been sexually assaulted before being murdered by suffocation.
Father John Bernard Feit, the priest who had last seen Garza at confession was the only suspect in her death. Two clergymen later came forward to state that Feit had confessed to them shortly after the murder.
Sadly an arrest wasn’t made in this case until 2016, when at 83 years old Feit was arrested and extradited to Texas and sentenced to life in prison, which was short as he died in Feb 2020
